To teach at post-graduate level in area of Supply Chain Management- Evening Program
To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress and attendance.

 Research external market information and entrepreneurial companies to identify potential sources.
 Responsible for Supplier Selection and Supplier comparison analysis for performance evaluation.
 Prepare a Comparative Statement of rates quoted by the approved suppliers.
 Drive improvements utilizing Lean management approach.
 Liaise with existing supplier for on-time supplies, cost, quality and visit their site on need basis.
 Manage proper records of all documents of Procurement transaction.
 Negotiating and execution of contracts, renewals and terminations with suppliers.
 Preparing POs, order placement, chasing up on deliveries from suppliers.
 Processing RFQs, RFPs and ensuring competitiveness of proposals through multiple supplier bidding.
 Coordinate with Finance Department for supplies invoice and other departments of university.
 Perform any other assignment as assigned by the director as and when required.
 Undertake personal continuous training and development.

Troubleshooting, replacement and repairing of electronics drives
Arranged contracts for maintenance and supplies
Inspection of returns for repair or stock balance
Reverse Engineering of electronics drives and re-designs the circuit diagram.
Planning of preventative maintenance based on condition monitoring techniques.
Manage the department and maintain the daily inspection regarding production failures.
Planning for inventory items require for electronics modules.
